Account Upgrade Request Form

To upgrade a Cedant hosting account, please submit the following request form. You will receive an email confirming your upgrade within 12 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation within 12 hours, email .

NOTE: You only need to fill out this form if you are upgrading from one of our old plans styles to one of our new ones. The old plans are named Basic, Standard & Advanced. If you don't have a plan by any of these names, you don't need this form. The reason for this is because the servers that these plans are on are configured differently than the new ones and therefore, we cannot seemlessly upgrade/downgrade between them with the new plan offerings.

Also note, if you choose not to proceed with the account upgrade but would like to see if there are other options available to you, you can email support@cedant.com and we can see if there is another way to assist you.

NOTE: eMail will be deleted from the server. If you have email you want to keep, you can download it to an eMail client (e.g. Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.), however you will not be able to re add these files to your webmail account*

Server Differences:
I understand that some of the new plans do not come with a dedicated IP address. Most accounts do not need this, however if you have your own SSL, you will need a plan that does. Also, CGI scripts must be re-configured to work with the new server environment and that I am solely responsible for doing so (if applicable).*
