Our Phone System
If all of our phone support technicians are assisting other clients,
you will be directed to our voicemail system. We will make every effort
to call you back the same day, usually, within a couple of hours.
Please leave a brief message for our support staff that includes the
following:
Your name
The domain name for your account
Your phone humber
A brief description of the nature of the problem (e.g., "I have
an email problem", "I have a question about my bill")
Please do not leave detailed messages -- our technicians will get the
details from you when they call you back.
If your problem is complicated or involves advanced features of your
account, you may be asked to send an email to one of our level 2 technicians.
