Account Usernames: Under the new
system, each account must have a unique username. The username on
some accounts were changed. This will typically result in connection
errors for Control Panel access, FTP access, Shell Access and FrontPage.
If you're getting 'username/password' errors with any of these functions,
you may want to request updated account information using the form
below.
Account IP Addresses: Please also note that all account IP
addresses have been changed; if you are experiencing FTP errors your
connection settings may be configured to connect to the old account
