Control
Panel Errors: Under the new system each account must have
a unique username. If your account has a common username (e.g.
admin, jim, etc.) it is likely that it was altered; using the
incorrect (old) username will generate an error when trying to
log into the account control panel; sumbit the request form below
and we'll contact you with your new username.
In addition, please make sure your are not connecting to your control panel via
a bookmark or shortcut; use http://yourdomain.com/menu (replace 'yourdomain.com'
with your actual domain name. You can create a new bookmark/shortcut using this
value.
FTP Errors: ftp.yourdomainname.com is no longer supported; simply use
yourdomainname.com. If you connect to your site by IP you will need to update
this setting; complete the form below to have us give you your accounts new IP
address. In some cases it may also be necessary to update upload directory information.
