with their own web-based control panel.
The control panel has many
different icons that link to various tools, documentation, and online
account management sections.
Mailing List
Mailing lists are more than just lists of email addresses. The
Mailing List option enables you to create several different mailing groups
with membership and topic defined by you. The centralized message
management system then allows you to broadcast customized messages to
each defined email group.
When setting up your Mailing Lists, you will need to create a password
and a list address, which is where you will send the emails that you want
to be distributed to a particular email list.
Begin configuring your groups by logging on to admin-yourlist@yourdomain.com
with the webmail
interface, and then clicking on the link labeled "LIST."
The lists are opt-in/opt-out, which means that people can subscribe or
unsubscribe to them by sending an email to specific variations of the
list address:
For example, if your list address is list@yourdomain.com
then people can subscribe by sending any email to list-on@yourdomain.com
or
list-subscribe@yourdomain.com.
Group members may also unsubscribe by sending
an email to
list-off@yourdomain.com or list-unsubscribe@yourdomain.com.
It is also possible to import an existing list of addresses by including
them in a text file with the proper email address formatting.For
