I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the excellent
service I have received from Cedant web hosting. The sign-up process
was very easy and I was able to transfer my website and have it
up and running within a few minutes after signing up.
I especially enjoy the control panel that comes with my account
which gives me the ability to add many features to my websites
that would normally be done by the webhost. With my old web host,
I would sometimes have to wait days to add certain features, but
now I can do it myself and it only takes a few minutes.
All of my websites load extremely fast and I have found your technical
support personnel to be very professional, helpful, knowledgeable
and dedicated to serving their customers. All of my emails to your
support technicians have been answered in a very timely manner
with the average response time of around 15 to 20 minutes.
It's always a pleasure to work with a company such as yours who
actually deliver what they promise in their advertising. Cedant

That was in 1999... Well, after almost 2 years and 9 domains being
hosted with you guys, I have no complaints at all. Matter of fact,
the superb tech advice provided by Kurt, other online support from
Ron, and help from David and all the other folks there, has saved
me hundreds of hours of programming work, and best of all... anxiety!
It's been great. Quick answers to the issues at hand, I always
get an immediate response.?
The servers REALLY ARE up 99.X percent of the time, and even though
I've recently converted to using shtml -vs- html on my main web
site, (using SSI's) I notice very little difference in server performance
at all times of the day. Just wanted to let you and others know
that you've got a long term customer on your hands, and plan on
being here for much longer. The best thing though, is being able
to get an email response at 3:00am!! Just don't change it!
I have hosted my website on about five different servers
this year. I have never found a company to be as efficient and helpful
whilst also offering such great value for money. Unlike other companies
I have dealt with I have NEVER seen my site go offline or even show
